Yup, finally getting around to making the gingerbread houses from the kit I picked up at Michael's in December. It's been a busy time! yikes.
Our learning and craft focuses in December were mainly faith - based: For example, making lapbooks for the O Antiphon Days and creating Jesse Tree ornaments. We just never got around to these houses! More shots of these cute creations in a couple of days for my Artful Friday post, where I'll share a few of our art/music endeavors from this week.
Homemade chocolate chip cookies for our parish Youth Group on Tuesday night. Kev just joined the group at the beginning of January and he loves it! We have the most wonderful youth group leader and DRE
Sunrise this morning, out the back bedroom window. The photo actually didn't capture its beauty! Let's just hope today is not quite as frigid as it's been!

I am happy to link up at Do Small Things with Love for this fun blog hop!

Until next time, friends, peace,
