  1. I *heart* San Francisco, too! Chris and I got engaged on the beach there. He originally planned to propose on the Golden Gate Bridge, but it was so windy he chickened out for fear of losing the engagement ring! LOL

  3. I loved your post! We went to San Francisco last year and had the time of our lives. We went ALL THE PLACES you have in this post, and it just makes me want to go back! We stayed at a great Holiday Inn Express at Fisherman's Wharf, which was affordable and very nice. It was the ultimate homeschool adventure, that's for sure.

So happy you linked with Collage Friday today!

    1. Thanks, Mary! Wow, loved hearing about your time in SF! We actually stayed in Berkeley b/c the availability and cost of the FW hotels did not work out for us. We were told that July/Aug is the busiest time of all....oh well..it was all good though!

Thanks for stopping in and for hosting CF as always!

  4. I love your photos - they give me a real flavour of San Francisco. We're a long way away in England but my husband is going on a trip to Palo Alto at the end of this month and I am fantasising about us all joining him and visiting San Francisco!

  7. I'm pretty sure we saw those same street performers -- the break dancers. I loved getting a glimpse of this great city through your family's adventures.

  10. I love your photos! It looks like you had a wonderful time. When we went to San Francisco when I was a kid, the cable cars weren't operating. They were getting repaired. Can you imagine? lol. That was like the one time I was in Rome and the Pope was away on vacation. :-) Thanks for linking up with Field Trip Friday. I look forward to seeing what you'll share tomorrow!
