"Little " <#write31days >

This month, I'm joining  Write 31
writing off of a one word prompt for
five minutes per day, much like  #fmf .
I'm thrilled to take part and hope my writing
improves and deepens, given
a "forced" appointment with my blogger draft daily!
                                                                    So here goes, in five:

" Little"

Little things.
Small moments........
Bare, little boy feet slapping dewy grass at dusk
on early summer evening....
catching and releasing fireflies,
whoops of excitement uncontainable.

      Quiet moments.
The many years of Christmas morning memories....
The family video of flannel feet-y- pajama clad kids.....
  zipping excitedly down the stairs......
 uncovering  surprises peeking from stockings.....
   peering from under The Tree.
Capturing the awed whispers of
“H-O-W did Santa know I would love this??”
The framed birthday cake photos.......
number candle poking askew from
 candied themed birthday cake.....
Huge, often toothless grin on crowned head.

The creations, the building, the planting, the sowing.

These little, fleeting times.......
the unimportant, but really, the all important.
