Hi there and welcome to my little spot on the web!
 I'm so happy to link up today with

Since today's theme is "self portrait,"
 I could not help but think of these

    I haven't ever seen that Normal Rockwell portrait but it is really interesting. I enjoy it. :)

    Yes, a very creative take on the theme! I love when people get creative. I think a self portrait of you would fit in their just nicely :)

    Chris,

    You cheated! I would have done the same though because I think we share the same level of artistic talent. Not everyone has to be able to draw. We can just enjoy other people's works. Also, I guess we can draw with words instead of pencils.

    I'd never seen the Norman Rockwell self-portrait before. I like it!

      YES, I so agree with enjoying others' work! That's me in the art dept.....I'm good in the audience. Ha.

      I love the drawing with words metaphor...
      Isn't that NR paiting just amazing? I love it...so catchy!

    Norman Rockwell is my favourite painter! Love this picture. The talent! The detail! The finely-honed sense of humour . . .
