How sweet is that? It would be 57 for my mom, still out living my father, and she is still counting her anniversaries! Today is her 77th birthday. Parents are so special - God bless them all! xxoxoxox
ReplyDeleteWOW, 77 on Oct 3 as well...early Oct if full of special days!
DeleteThanks, Denise, for stopping by! I always love when you visit!

DeleteYes, it IS a good thing to remember and honor...unreal how fast the time goes....
Take care!
Dear Chris, my Dad died just months short of his 78th birthday too. That still seems so young to me. But of course, we always want more time with our loved ones, don't we? Looking forward to seeing them all again someday! Thanks for the reminder of that hope. :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a coincidence...the same age.....
DeleteTrue, we DO always want more....so hard.
Remembering that we'll all see each other again is vital, isn't it? :)
Thanks, Rox, for stopping in and commenting, friend.
What a beautiful photo! What special memories you have shared about your parents and I enjoy reading them all! My parents will be married 47 years in January, God willing.
ReplyDeleteAw, thanks, Lisa! And thanks for the kind words. Looking fwd to seeing the wedding ( and current!) pictures of your Mom and Dad on their special day to come!
DeleteTake care and thanks for stopping in.
Chris,
ReplyDeleteYes! We will be united to our spouses in a special way forever. We can keep counting the anniversaries. Your mother looked very beautiful on her wedding day. Actually they were a very good looking couple!
"We will be united to our spouses in a special way forever." That's the best...and how true, that we keep on counting, long after they're gone and partying in heaven
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for the reminder, Sue! And the visit!
