.......because I have a need to make everything difficult, 

even this week's writing prompt ( ! ) 

I'm putting my own spin on FMF today: 

NOT easy~~

This calling.

........this, sometimes..........too often, really.......mess.

The laundry toppling.

The beds crumpled.

The counters crumb  - littered.

The dishes piling.

The raising, the teaching, this..... making of family.

The bursting schedules, the solving for x, the navigating

through friendships, the breaking of hearts. 

The  worrisome, down in the trenches hard-ness of it all.....

And then, a reward.

A  hug of appreciation,

a glance of we're-in-this-together-ness.

We're not in it alone.

We can do this...this soul - full work.

This calling...this life.

It's  all I ever really wanted and.....

how blessed am I? 

 I can do all this through him who gives me strength.
Philippians 4:13
